Preparing For This Week’s Crusade

In just 2 more days we will be traveling to Antiguo Morelos for our evangelistic crusade. Brenda and I are so excited about being able to help Pastor Hugo get his church established there. Even though we’ve encountered a few obstacles we keep on pressing forward, knowing that God is going to do something special in Antiguo Morelos. As I was talking to Pastor Hugo the other day by phone, he told me that his denomination was threatening to have him arrested during one of the night’s of the crusade. Even some of his former church members are accusing him of abandoning them, even though the truth is that his denomination excommunicated him for getting baptized in the Holy Spirit. We know these are nothing more than attacks from the enemy designed to discourage Pastor Hugo and those in his congregation who want a move of God in their town. In reality this attack is good news, because whenever persecution arises against believers for the Gospel’s sake it means growth for the church. So even what the enemy is meaning for harm, God is turning it around for the good.

At this moment we have a team of about 30 people who will be traveling with us to Antiguo Morelos. This team is going to be helping us in many different areas of ministry during the crusade. All throughout town there are posters announcing the “New Life Celebration” crusade. We also have a large banner on the main road in town. Over the past week or so we have been getting reports of many people, especially unbelievers asking about the crusade and what will be taking place. That’s great news! All of this week we will be giving you video reports on our Facebook ministry page and letting you know what’s taken place each night of the crusade. Sunday Morning In Antiguo Morelos

I just returned from ministering during a Sunday morning service in Antiguo Morelos. The Holy Spirit ministered to many people as I challenged them to hunger and thirst for God’s presence. According to Pastor Hugo, no one has ever come to their town to help the local church organize a large evangelistic crusade like our ministry is doing. What a tremendous blessing that we can come and work together with the Body of Christ in another city and help them to reach the lost in their city. This next April the floodgates are going to swing wide open and God’s Salvation is going to be declared in every street and everyhousehold in Antiguo Morelos. The people of this town here are hungry for a fresh move of God to take place that will spark revival and sweep through their town. This is an exciting hour for the church as we are doing our part in the Body of Christ to help in bringing in the last great harvest before Jesus Christ coming!

Antiguo Morelos On My Mind

This weekend I am traveling to Antiguo Morelos to minister in a Sunday morning church service at Pastor Hugo’s church (He is the Pastor we are scheduled to do a crusade with in April). This will be a great opportunity to encourage the church there to start reaching out and inviting their co-workers and neighbors to come and hear the Gospel preached. Starting this next week we will be putting posters up all throughout the city to announce this crusade to the general public. This last week we just got approval to use the town’s fair grounds for our crusade site. This is great news because it is located right off of a busy highway (you can see an actual satelite photo of the crusade grounds on our “Crusade” page) where many vehicles pass by on their way through town. This week we are trying to locate light’s and sound equipment to rent for the crusade among other details that need to be taken care of. One thing we are still needing is Bibles for new believers. So if you would like to sow towards someone receiving a new bible click the link on the right side to do so. What a priveledge it is that we have been given to help these Pastors shake their cities for the Kingdom of God.
